PERSONAL TRAINING
PACKAGES

With every Personal Training Package you will have a free one to one consultation. This is usually taken within the studio, but should time be a factor we can conduct this over the phone or via email.
 
Your consultation will give your trainer a chance to meet you, and to find out what it is you are there to achieve. Fat loss, strength, size, definition, performance; are all regular requests so we have you covered!
 
Every client will undergo our Health Questionnaire which is your time to highlight any injuries, illnesses or medication which you may be currently taking as well as a complete and thorough Body Composition test. Think of it as a comprehensive medical!

YOUR FOCUS

PURE PACKAGE 1 – 4 SESSIONS – £340

If you’re already committed to various activities during the week and your time is limited, then why not purchase our rolling monthly Direct Debit for 4 sessions at one per week.
All sessions are 60 minutes long. All packages include a full body composition test for accurate progress tracking.

PURE PACKAGE 2 – 10 SESSIONS – £750

Our most popular block purchased, the 10 pack is enough time in which to be able to make a physical difference. Combined with your bespoke training plan and sticking to your prescribed macros, you should be able to notice an improvement after the 10 sessions. All packages include a full body composition test for accurate progress tracking.
All sessions are 60 minutes long.

PURE PACKAGE 3 – 20 SESSIONS – £1450

When purchasing our 20 pack you will be investing in 20 hours of structured training tailored to your goals set out in the consultation. We look to book you in for at least 2-3 sessions a week to make sure we meet our goals within a specified time frame.
All packages include a full body composition test for accurate progress tracking.

PURE PACKAGE 4 – BODY TRANSFORMATION

This Package is usually chosen by those having struggled with training and diet in the past and want to hand it over to someone to call the shots on every facet of training, bar showing up and working hard.
 
Training 3-4 times per week (depending on transformation pack) with extra home work thrown in for active recovery, you will follow your trainer’s plan for rapid body transformation. Each 60 minute session will finish with a high quality protein blend shake to give you the recovery and muscle fuel needed for repair and to build lean tissue.
 
Expect to drop several percentage points of your body fat and reduce your overall size. Of course all of this is only possible with your dedication and cooperation to the training plan. All packages include a full body composition test for accurate progress tracking.

3 Sessions per week inc Protein Shake – £2500 (36 sessions)
