Well it’s been a crazy time since we opened in January 2014. We’ve grown as a studio, not just in members of the team or adding new pieces of equipment but we like to think our reputation has been enhanced over this period too. We consider ourselves as one of the best Personal Training studios in London.

For the second year running, we have been shortlisted in the London Lifestyle Awards in the category of Best Fitness Facility. This year is the first year of the #LLA300 – London Lifestyle Awards top 300 business. New to Pure Fitness Shoreditch is the announcement and launch of Pure Fitness Food. As Personal Trainers we are acutely aware that to yield the most out of our training, what the client does nutritionally outside will impact fatloss, lean tissue growth and any performance increase. There are companies that currently provide a similar offering but we have been frustrated with incorrect macro levels, quality of food and general levels of service. With that in mind, we wanted to be able to offer clients and people out side of the studio, 100% bespoke food to them. We help take the element of guess work in meal preparation and will hand back time to concentrate on other areas of their lives.

The food that we provide is locally sourced, either of an organic or free range nature and is cooked fresh on the day and is designed to be eaten that day for maximum taste and palatability. Packaging was also an important element to us and all food is within recycled card.
