At Pure Fitness Shoreditch we recognise that the world is full of diversity and culture and that similarly people’s body’s composition is vast. No two people are the same and critically no two training programs should be the same.


What works for one individual may not work for the other. When you sign up to Personal Training at Pure Fitness Shoreditch, rest assure that you will receive bespoke programming, both in nutrition and physical training.


Dependant on goals (these are set out in the initial consultation phase) you and your trainer can create a program that could contain anything from injury rehabilitation, hypertrophy or sport specific performance enhancement.


Training with a Pure PT will be challenging at times, but as with all things worth doing a little sacrifice may be called for. We recommend to maximise your investment both monetarily and time wise to train around 3 times per week. Whilst we appreciate in the working world things can be unpredictable we would champion your own training set out by your trainer to be completed if this isn’t viable.


With commitment to training guaranteed from your Pure PT, we encourage you to do the same. Together we will be able to deliver on those goals set out on day 1.

We feel that modern society and the media is unfairly preoccupied with weight loss in individuals. Whilst achieving a predefined weight is commendable, it doesn’t tell the full story. With weight loss you will lose a mixture of fat, water and muscle. It is this lean tissue or muscle that will create a more efficient body for burning fat so why would you want to lose it?


Pure Fitness Shoreditch utilise scientifically proven training techniques, a structured diet plan and support with guidance from anyone of our expert team using training methods proven after literally thousands of hours of coaching and research.
We will be focused on continually challenging you and your body and making sure that through the right amount of HIIT (high intensity interval training), resistance, plyometrics, circuit and cardiovascular training modules, that we hit the goals set out on day one. As you develop, we will push those boundaries and try and make sure we dont hit any training plateaus.
With the guidance of one of our Pure PTs you can rest easy knowing that we will deliver improved body confidence, improved body composition and an increase in physical performance even from as little as ten sessions. Of course we can only do so much, so your commitment to training is mandatory!

The industry is always coming out with new and captivating buzzwords and promoting the latest crazes when it comes to exercises to boost performance. At Pure Fitness Shoreditch we believe we operate on a different level to many competitors.


This is why when it comes to putting together performance lead programs we rely solely on tried and tested training protocols that we have honed in on and listening to what renowned strength and conditioning coaches such as Boris Sheiko, Charles Poliquin, Joe DeFranco have to offer. Performance based training need not be just for the likes of Usain Bolt or Jessica Ennis to be reap the rewards!

We recognise that diet and nutrition is just as important as exercise when looking to create positive changes in body composition and implement a successful Personal Training Plan. During your consultation, we will discuss your eating and drinking habits and provide you with a Food Diary for you to complete. This should be submitted to your trainer at least 24hours prior to your first session in order for it to be reviewed.


To further enhance our product of Personal Training and dietary analysis we are thrilled to announce that we have teamed up with Registered Dietitian Michael Dolan, of Life-Health Dietetics.
Dietitians are the only nutritional professionals to be regulated by law, and are governed by an ethical code to ensure that they always work to the highest standards. Registered Dietitians (RDs) are the only qualified health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public health level.
Whether you are looking to make basic improvements to your diet, specific body composition changes or condition-specific dietary advice, Michael and Life-Health Dietetics are the guys to speak to. This comprehensive service is available to all members of the public and isn’t just limited to clients of Pure Fitness Shoreditch. Depending on the level of service required, full dietary analysis and prescriptions can be purchased from as little as £65.

I have recently joined Pure Fitness Shoreditch and am thoroughly enjoying the range of tailored workouts that take on board a lower back injury that I have acquired from triathlon training.
